GLO GBAM DEACTIVATION CODE
Simply opt-out of G gbam by migrating to any other Glo call tariff plan like Glo Bumpa, Glo bounce (*170*4#) , Glo infinitio and you will be deactivated from Glo gbam.

GLO GBAM MIGRATION OR ACTIVATION CODE
 If you are trying to migrate to Glo gbam, simply dial *100*5*1# that is the migration code
when you migrate, N5 will be deducted from your account. An SMS showing that you have been received will be sent to you. Subsequently, N5 will be deducted every day and on each deduction, you will receive 5mb.
Glo gbam is N5 for 5MB every day.

GLO GBAM COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
I have a problem trying to delete some of my special numbers. If you have problem deleting some of your registered Glo gbam special number; that’s network problem, just try to call 121 between 3- 5 am in the morning for quick reply.

They keep deducting my credit when I’m browsing after I received a message that I have 5mb for free browsing, why? The reason is because your internet settings are either on glowap or glosecure. Change it to Glo flat. You may also delete all your glo settings and access points and leave only glo flat for better result.

I wanted to migrate to Glo GBam and during activation procedure I was told me that the cost is #105. Why? The reason is because you have first opted out from gbam before. If you want to re-migrate back again to gbam it will cost #105.

Good morning,I have a complain to make please, someone did top up for me from his bank account and I can’t find the call card on my phone, have tried every means to check my account but all futile,this is the second time I will be having same issues,can you please find out the problems for me.

  2. Pls I do not understand whether this is a scam. there is no network whose bonus expires within 16.5hours only Glo.
    I loaded 200, by 7.30am and was given 400 bonus and 200 F&F.
    I only called one F&F number, my bal. remained 110.24 while the bonus remained 295. by 12 midnight same day i checked the Balance both of them were nil balances

      Sorry for the inconveniences. That should be network problem if you are sure that no body handles your phone within the time of the incidence. You can reach the customer care by dialling 121 or 200 from your phone, or simply send an email to customercare@gloworld.com for explanations.

Good morning, please I just bought glo line and I registered it, migrate to g-bam, after migration try to add friends and family, and the reply I got was that ” the service is not accessible” , I call 121 they told me is because I newly bought the line that I should wait until the next 2 to 3 months. PLEASE DO REALLY NEED TO WAIT THAT LONG BEFORE I CAN ENJOY GLO? while other networks are there offering better services.

  5. Thanks for this info. I think I will opt in for Glo Gbam Plus since Glo ha decided to keep keeping out of GloGbam by migrating me away from this plan without even notifying me. I hope GbamPlus won’t allow such uncustomer-oriented action

  6. Glo u people are thieves… And I swear. I’ll announce to the world. What I’d essense of introducing anew tarrif plan when its hard for one to migrate.. I have been trying to maigrate to gbam extra, and I have been getting an error response..I have called customer care countless times, and they told me that it will be resolved.. Wonder why it takes long to migrate… I know what to do, I guess I’ll just write a petition against them and post it in the newspaper. Maybe that will solve the issue.

  7. Is like this family and friend of a thing in glo G-bam is not working because I bought my first & second sim then trying to register the F&F but the reply is error, now this is my third sim and still the same. I need help

    1. Itoro, the family and friends registration on Glo G-bam is still working. The problem you are having maybe due to;
      1. unsuccessful registration of you new SIM cards
      2. network problem as of the time you try the registration
      3. unsuccessful migration to GBAM call tariff plan

  9. I am finding it difficult to register any family and friends number at all, and I keep getting an error message saying service not available.

    1. OLA, Wait for a day or two and then try it again. If it continue saying the same thing then dial 200. Please,wait patiently until someone picks up the call to attend to you

    I am the owner of Glo Line number 08152150604. I bought and registered it August, 2014. I migrated to GBAM then but i was surprised to note some months back that i could no longer enjoy this seevice my efforts to re-subscribe had been met by ‘the profile you are activating is not available on your plan’. Please help me fix the the annomally. Thanks in anticipation of a speedy response to my complaint.

      If you have try several times to re-subscribe to Glo gbam and you couldn’t then note that your issue is not associated with Glo Gbam tariff plan. To resolve this problem simply dial the customer care line:200, hold on until someone answers you.
