Criteria and eligibility for participating in the scheme
Possession of the Nigeria certificate in Education (NCE) from institutions accredited by the national commission for college of Education (NCE) and awarded not earlier than 2013.
Candidates must not be above 40years of age
Candidate should specialize in any of the following Basic Education subject: English Language Mathematics, Science, Vocational Education and French
Candidates who are currently working and receiving salary or allowance from any organization (public and private) are not eligible to participate in the scheme without first formally disengaged from the organization.
Candidates should note that none of those enlisted for the scheme would be allowed to serve in schools that are already fairly provided with teachers, especially those in the urban and sub-urban centres
Candidates with fake/forged statement /certificates need not apply as these documents will be subjected to rigorous screening and verification
Application is free and on no account should monies be paid to anybody for the purpose of this exercise, please be guided
How to apply
Interested Candidates should apply through his/her Local Government Education Authority before 24 November 2017.

my friend received a text message from the UBE board, telling him that he result is fake, and refered him to his college for an attestation letter to proof that it was the college that issued the result, he has done that since January n until now he has not been paid.
Your friend has to go back to UBE board to confirm that his case has been rectify.

Please, I received an email 2 days ago congratulating me for a successful application. After I called a provided phone number, I received a copy of the placement forms, which also asked me to pay #6,200.00 to Edith Aigbe’s GTB account… & I’m skeptical about that.

Mr. Emma thank you for your great effort. I have read through all the comments/questions and the satisfactory answers you have given us. It is commendable. Please, I like to ask you this one question, is federal teachers’ scheme job truly a permanent job? Though you had earlier said yes to this. I thought I should ask you because I believe you have more detailed information than any of us do. It is because this is my first time of hear about FTS and from the brief I have read about it, it shows that it’s a one or two years contract that those engaged are paid #15,000 or there about as monthly salary. So there is no assurance of permanency from the onset. I would appreciate it a lot if you would look into my question and other assertions and give me some vital information with regards to FTS.
