Inability to deposit from my naira Master card

I tried making several deposits of 24 usd from my Ecobank master card naira account
to my skrill account. It did not work, I always get an error message ‘something went wrong’ , ‘there has been an error in processing your request’.
I need your help, why isn’t it going through?
What can I do?
