My name is Queen, i want to start Cosmetic business in Lagos, how much capital do i need and the kind of location i will need for it, and i really want to know if is profitable.

Cosmetic business is a Profitable business if well managed. However, for you to be able to make it big in this business; you have to be dealing on different varieties of Cosmetics products and that requires large capital as you will dealing in cartons.
COST OF STARTING A COSMETICS BUSINESS: There are some carton of body cream and lotions that cost up to N8,000, 10,000 N12,000 and more. So, this business may requires huge capital start up. You need to have at least N750,000 and above to be able to start the up a Cosmetics business in a medium scale.
LOCATION: The business can be located within streets close to other competitors or within Market close to other competitors.
Problems associated with this business
1. There are a lot of fake cosmetics product and you competitors may be winning you over with it.
