I want to start catering business in Enugu State, Nigeria. I have N250,000 to start this business but I just need more information and helpful tips so as to help me get started.

The business is a lucrative. You can start with both indoor and outdoor catering. To get started, just rent a shop, purchase the necessary equipment like plate, pot, buffet, trolley, etc. Note that you can employ cook and waiters that can help you run the business with a small pay.
To get customer faster, you can advertise your outdoor catering through complementary card, pamphlet, or personal contact. Then for indoor catering, as a starter you can do one day bonanza for the first day to let people know who you are and what you are doing.
