Will I be able to transfer if my BVN is link to my Account in Nigeria

pls admin i open first bank account here in Cairo on my phone with another phone number not with my bvn registered phone number and i deposited money but i can\’t transfer, i gave my mother the bvn registered sim but if i tell her to link the bvn with my account number, please will i be able to transfer?
