My Skrill Account was Restricted

Boss, pls i need your help.
After a site I am freelancing on sent me money via skrill, when I tried to withdraw the Euro 28.37 which amount that can be withdrawn by an unverified account using card, they restricted my account for no reason and started telling me to verify my account before I can do anything on the account.

Now, they have rejected the only NIMC slip that I have as I don’t have a plastic national ID yet. Even voters card got rejected.

Boss what do you suggest I should do to get my money from them because as it stands, I don’t have money for passport now. Pls help a brother.
